BCP is derived in part from the Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP), licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0.

Provenance

• The baseline JSON Schemas derive from UCP 2026-04-08.
• The namespace dev.ucp.* was renamed to br.dev.bcp.*.
• The schema authority ucp.dev was renamed to bcp.dev.br.
• Brazilian extensions and the Pix handler are original BCP additions.
